FTI Consulting Advises HSS Hire Group PLC on Carve-Out of Hire Division to Endless LLP Managed Funds
London, 17 November 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) advised HSS Hire Group plc on its strategic options and served as lead M&A advisor in the subsequent sale of its non-core UK-based equipment hire business, The Hire Service Company, to funds managed by Endless LLP.
The sale was completed alongside a new commercial supply agreement and investment from Speedy Hire plc.
Under the new agreement, Speedy Hire plc will be the main supplier of equipment to HSS ProService Marketplace. Together, these transactions are designed to strengthen the Group’s supply chain, improve customers service and reinforce HSS Hire Group’s position as a leading digital hub for building services.
FTI Consulting advised the HSS Hire Group Plc board throughout the complex carve-out and provided additional financial advisory support to facilitate the transaction.
