FTI Consulting Enhances Construction Solutions Asset Lifecycle Management Capabilities in Houston with Three Senior Appointments

Washington, D.C., Aug. 3, 2021 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Steven Morris as a Managing Director and Frank Bangilan and Adam Rouse as Senior Directors in the Construction Solutions practice, further enhancing the firm’s Asset Lifecycle Management offering.

Mr. Morris, Mr. Bangilan and Mr. Rouse are based in Houston. Their appointments boost FTI Consulting’s breadth of services focused on improving the lifecycle value for critical capital assets.

Mr. Morris has more than 30 years of experience working with large, physical infrastructure and asset-heavy industries, including utilities and telecommunications, in improving decision-making and execution of asset-related work. He has performed consulting engagements in many areas, including asset management governance, asset management strategy, asset management planning, asset risk management and asset lifecycle modeling.

Mr. Bangilan brings more than 20 years of experience in system implementations, more than 15 of which have been specifically focused on large-scale IT projects, digital solutions and project optimization. He has deep asset management and project controls expertise in the energy, chemicals and utilities industries, providing and implementing digital transformation solutions for clients to improve every aspect of the asset management lifecycle, including projects, turnarounds and maintenance.

Mr. Rouse provides construction advisory and audit services, as well as strategic planning, to owners and operators. He also has experience providing technology advisory and project controls support, with the goal of recovering money as well as developing more proactive processes and procedures to promote transparency.
