FTI Consulting Enhances Telecom, Media & Technology Industry Practice with Senior Appointments
Washington, D.C., July 14, 2020 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the expansion of its Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) industry practice with the appointments of Albert Leung and Harvind Raman as Managing Directors in San Francisco.

Mr. Leung brings more than 20 years of consulting experience in TMT. He has served as an operational and financial advisor in numerous transactions, including buy-side due diligence, post-merger integrations, and has led a variety of large-scale business transformation programs. Mr. Leung has also advised numerous companies, lenders and investors on due diligence transactions and financial restructurings.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Leung spent over 10 years at a global business advisory firm in its telecommunications, media and technology enterprise improvement practice and turnaround and restructuring practice. He also over five years in the financial advisory practice of a Big Four accounting firm.
Mr. Raman brings more than ten years of consulting and industry experience across the TMT, airline and industrial sectors. He specializes in M&A advisory, labor optimization, technology and infrastructure optimization, and go-to-market strategy. He has deep expertise assisting private equity firms in small-, mid- and large-cap operational and commercial due diligence, M&A, carve-outs and business transformations. Mr. Raman has successfully championed various large-scale transformation and performance improvement programs, cost optimization and revenue uplift programs.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Raman spent more than five years at a global consulting firm in its telecommunications, media and technology enterprise improvement practice. He also spent almost 10 years working for Caterpillar, American Airlines and Sensata Technologies in various product development, revenue management, marketing and business development roles.
