FTI Consulting Expands Power, Renewables & Energy Transition Practice with New Appointment

Washington, D.C., Sept. 11, 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Enrique Glotzer as a Managing Director in the Power, Renewables & Energy Transition (“PRET”) practice within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Mr. Glotzer, who is based in Denver, has more than 20 years of experience in sustainability, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and market advisory, with a focus on areas such as e-mobility, renewable power, utilities and advanced nuclear, hydrogen and smart building technologies. Mr. Glotzer has implemented strategic, financial and sustainability programs for clients including utilities, investors, governing bodies and corporations. In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Glotzer will focus on e-mobility, renewable power generation, grid decentralization and smart building technologies.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Glotzer was a Principal in the energy practice at Charles River Associates, advising on high-profile projects with energy firms, utilities, technology and industrial companies, nuclear developers, government agencies, infrastructure funds and private equity firms.
