FTI Consulting Further Strengthens Restructuring Communications Team With Addition of Misha Ross
Washington, D.C., Oct. 9, 2025— FTI Consulting Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Misha Ross as a Managing Director on the firm’s Restructuring Communications team within the Strategic Communications segment.
Ms. Ross, who is based in New York, has nearly a decade of legal experience representing a wide range of clients in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Ross has provided counsel to companies, lenders, sponsors and ad hoc groups engaged in recapitalization transactions, complex litigation proceedings, asset sales and financings. She brings vast experience supporting debtors and lenders across industries ranging from technology, telecommunications, oil and gas, retail, real estate and consumer goods. In her role at FTI Consulting, she will focus on communications strategies for in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Ross served as a Liability Management Exercise Analyst at 9Fin. Prior to that, Ms. Ross was an Associate on the Restructuring and Special Situations team at Latham & Watkins, LLP and an Associate on the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency team at White & Case LLP. Ms. Ross brings valuable expertise across a variety of high-profile restructuring assignments, including Robertshaw, Cox Oil, GTT Communications, Lumileds, MediaMath and Belk.
