FTI Consulting Grows Restructuring Communications Team with Addition of Rose Temple
Washington, D.C., Feb. 14, 2024 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Rose Temple as a Managing Director on the firm’s Restructuring Communications team within the Strategic Communications segment.
Ms. Temple, who is based in Boston, has nearly a decade of experience providing strategic communications counsel to companies navigating a wide range of special situations. In her role at FTI Consulting, she will focus on in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings. Ms. Temple has also advised management teams and boards of directors on mergers and acquisitions, public and private shareholder activism situations, and a variety of crisis situations, including litigation, workforce reductions, reputational attacks and leadership changes.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Temple served as Managing Director at Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher. Ms. Temple brings vast expertise across a variety of high-profile clients experiencing restructurings, bankruptcies and distressed investor relations. Notable recent restructuring assignments include Cyxtera Technologies, Akumin, Riverbed Technologies, K&N Engineering and Avianca Holdings.
