FTI Consulting Advises Providence Equity Partners on Strategic Investment by Searchlight Capital Partners in CloserStill Media

London, 8 June, 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) provided vendor financial due diligence services to Providence Equity Partners L.L.C. (“Providence”) in connection with an investment from Searchlight Capital Partners (“Searchlight”) in CloserStill Media (“CloserStill”), a leading B2B events platform.

Through the strategic partnership, Searchlight and Providence will have co-control of CloserStill. Providence has owned CloserStill since 2018, reinvesting in the company to accelerate its next phase of growth.

CloserStill operates award-winning B2B events in technology, healthcare, learning and human resources, and future transport and infrastructure. Its flagship events include Ai4, the global Tech Show portfolio, the London Vet Show, Data Centre World, PTE World, Learning Technologies and The Dentistry Show.
