FTI Consulting Provides Vendor Assistance to Vitruvian Partners in Sale of Solvinity

London, 13 November 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) provided vendor assistance to Vitruvian Partners, an international private equity firm, in the sale of Solvinity Group B.V., a provider of secure managed cloud platforms and services in the Netherlands, to Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services.
