FTI Consulting Strengthens Business Transformation Practice with Addition of Kevin Chen
Washington, D.C., Dec. 14, 2022 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Kevin Chen as a Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.
Mr. Chen, who is based in New York, has more than 15 years of experience advising senior executives and private investors on strategic decision making, organization revamps and performance improvement. He primarily focuses on lead-to-revenue process transformation, revenue growth, operations and supply chain strategies in the industrial manufacturing, life sciences, consumer goods and private equity sectors. At FTI Consulting, Mr. Chen will advise clients on revenue acceleration, including commercial excellence and supply chain optimization.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Chen was a leader in the Strategy & Transaction practice at EY-Parthenon, where he served Fortune 500 clients on large transformation programs and rapid sales and operations projects for private equity portfolio companies. Before EY-Parthenon, Mr. Chen spent time at AT Kearney, where he focused on procurement transformation, best cost country sourcing and supply chain analytics.
Between his time at EY-Parthenon and AT Kearney, Mr. Chen was a serial entrepreneur who founded multiple small businesses in the life sciences and industrial manufacturing sectors. He also served as an independent consultant for private venture capital investors focusing on deal due diligence. Mr. Chen began his career as a market researcher specializing in consumer behavior, media and advertising effectiveness and integrated marketing strategy.
