FTI Consulting Strengthens Presence in Mexico by Adding Jorge Padilla to Strategic Communications Segment
MEXICO CITY, Nov. 19, 2018 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Jorge A. Padilla, former Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Business Editor of Reforma, as a Senior Director in the firm’s Strategic Communications segment. He will be based in Mexico City.
Mr. Padilla brings 20 years of experience as a senior journalist and editor. He joins Pablo Zárate and a growing Strategic Communications team in Mexico City that is focused on dealing with some of country’s most intricate policy, regulatory and reputational challenges in the energy sector and other burgeoning industries.

Mr. Padilla joins from Grupo Reforma, where he was Deputy Editor-in-Chief for Reforma, one of the most influential newspapers in Mexico. Previously, Mr. Padilla served as joint Editor-in-Chief of Mural, Grupo Reforma’s newspaper in the western region of the country.
