FTI Consulting Adds Veteran Communications Consultant to Strategic Communications Segment in Brazil

São Paulo, Apr. 4, 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the addition of Ronaldo Soares as a Senior Advisor within the firm’s Strategic Communications segment.

Mr. Soares, who is based in Rio de Janeiro, has more than 27 years of experience as a communications advisor, having led multifunctional communications teams within public and media relations agencies in Brazil, the United States and Portugal. Prior to his work in communications, Mr. Soares was as a journalist and a foreign correspondent for top-tier Brazilian outlets.

In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Soares will provide consulting services in the areas of corporate internal and external communications and positioning, reputation management and risk mitigation strategies for companies operating in highly regulated sectors, primarily focusing on the Brazilian market.
