FTI Consulting’s Kenneth Fung and Roderick John Sutton Appointed as Liquidators of NewOcean Energy Holdings Limited

Hong Kong, 8 August 2022 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) announced that Senior Managing Director Kenneth Fung and Special Advisor Roderick John Sutton have been appointed as Liquidators of NewOcean Energy Holdings Limited (the “Company”).

On 26 July 2022, (Bermuda time) the Company was wound up by an order of the Court of Appeal for Bermuda (the “Order”). The court ordered Mr. Fung and Mr. Sutton to continue acting as the Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company (the “JPLs”), with the full powers of a liquidator in a winding-up pursuant to section 175 of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda.
