M&A Advisor Recognizes Two FTI Consulting Professionals at 16th Annual Emerging Leader Awards
Washington, D.C., June 4, 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that two professionals within the Strategic Communications and Corporate Finance & Restructuring segments were recognized in the M&A Advisor’s 16th annual Emerging Leader Awards. The awards honor professionals under the age of 40 who have made groundbreaking contributions to the fields of M&A, corporate finance and restructuring.
Stephanie Randall and Alan Wright were selected by an independent panel of M&A, financing and turnaround industry business leaders for their exemplary leadership, accomplishments in business and community service.
Ms. Randall, who is based in New York, is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting. She has deep expertise in and leads multistakeholder communications and change management programs during moments of transformation, including merger integration, carve-outs, divestitures, and other transaction events or transitions.
Mr. Wright is a Senior Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, based in Dallas. He specializes in developing and implementing human capital strategies that deliver operational and financial improvement, supporting management teams and private equity sponsors through mergers, carve-outs, operating model improvements, cost reductions and more.
In addition to the Emerging Leader Awards, FTI Consulting and FTI Capital Advisors were recognized by M&A Advisor’s 16th Annual International M&A Awards for Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (Under $100MM). The accolade recognizes the firm’s work on the Sale of BowFlex Inc. to Johnson Health Tech Retail.
