Ricardo Indalecio Joins FTI Consulting’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting Segment in Brazil
São Paulo, Aug. 1, 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Ricardo Indalecio as a Managing Director within the firm’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment in Brazil.
Mr. Indalecio, who is based in São Paulo, has more than 20 years of experience as an independent auditor and forensic consultant. He has led complex corporate investigations and shadow investigations and specializes in forensic accounting services, disputes, arbitrations, independent auditing, evaluation of internal controls and due diligence.
In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Indalecio will lead the firm’s Forensic Accounting and Advisory Services team in Brazil, overseeing investigations, compliance and forensic accounting projects for clients in the region.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Indalecio was a partner at KPMG in charge of technical support to independent auditors in situations or suspicions of fraud, corruption or non-compliance with laws and regulations. His experience also includes working with the Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil to issue Technical Audit Announcement “CTA-30,” which provided guidance to independent auditors on matters related to non-compliance or suspected non-compliance with laws and regulations.
