Special Situations M&A Expert Iain Reilly Joins FTI Consulting as Managing Director

London, 14 October 2024 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the continued investment in its M&A capabilities with the appointment of Iain Reilly as a Managing Director in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Mr. Reilly, who is based in London, brings more than 13 years of broad corporate finance experience to FTI Consulting. He has worked with clients across a range of sectors, with significant experience in retail and consumer.

In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Reilly will advise on complex and situational M&A mandates for sell-side and buy-side corporate and financial investor clients, across public and private markets.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Reilly was a Director in the M&A practice at PwC and he has previously held roles at LDC, Lloyds Banking Group and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
