Who’s Who Legal Names Three FTI Consulting Professionals to Competition Economists List

Washington, D.C., August 31, 2022 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that Senior Managing Directors Margaret E. Guerin-Calvert, Randal Heeb, Ph.D. and Susan H. Manning, Ph.D. have been named to the Who’s Who Legal: Competition - Economists 2022 list.

In addition, Ms. Guerin-Calvert was recognized as a Thought Leader for Competition - Economists, having received the highest number of nominations from peers.

Ms. Guerin-Calvert is the founding president of the firm’s Center for Healthcare Economics and Policy. She has over 30 years of experience as an economist in both public and private sectors, in competition and regulatory policy, mergers and intellectual property. She has testified in litigation or regulatory matters including damages, class certification, and horizontal and vertical mergers.

Dr. Heeb has 35 years of experience providing economic and econometric analyses in both the private and public sectors. His expertise includes analysis and testimony on liability, damages and other remedies in antitrust and intellectual property disputes in a wide variety of industries. Dr. Heeb has testified and presented analyses or expert declarations to U.S. state and federal courts, Canadian federal and tax courts, international and domestic arbitration panels, the U.S. Copyright Royalty Board and the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He has presented economic analyses on behalf of clients to the staffs of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Competition Bureau of Canada, the European Commission’s DG Comp, the Korean Fair Trade Commission and the Japanese Fair Trade Commission.

Dr. Manning is the Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s Center for Healthcare Economics and Policy. She has over 30 years of economics and litigation consulting experience, including extensive expertise in antitrust and competition issues, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory policy analysis. Dr. Manning has testified in numerous antitrust and commercial litigation disputes across a broad array of industries. Her testimony has encompassed market allocation, excessive pricing, monopolization and contract disputes.
