Eduardo Henriquez is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Houston. He is a member of the Construction Solutions practice. Mr. Henriquez is a diverse Portfolio and Project Management expert with experience in delivering capital and maintenance construction projects, advising on best practices and implementing Project Management technologies.
Mr. Henriquez's experiences span multiple industries including Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Refining and Midstream (regulated & non-regulated). Mr. Henriquez has helped guide owner/operators as they have optimized processes, selected systems and implemented technology solutions across their construction project portfolios.
Mr. Henriquez is responsible for driving growth in management consulting, technology consulting and system integration with specific focus on enabling technology for capital projects and operations. He provides leadership in the areas of Project Management and Controls and technology selection, implementation and adoption. Mr. Henriquez also provides professional services related to business process improvement and organizational design to help clients successfully plan, manage and deliver large construction portfolios.
Mr. Henriquez has served in a variety of capacities to lead and support the delivery of large projects, programs and portfolios in construction as well as process and technology applications in support of these projects. His knowledge of Project Controls has allowed him to serve as the Project Management Systems Manager within the Project Excellence group, as well as a Project Controls Manager for Williams Energy in the Atlantic Gulf Operating Area, where he was responsible for a large EcoSys EPC implementation, Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6 Applications.
With a background in Management Information Systems, Mr. Henriquez has also served in a leadership role in technology consulting in support of a range of solutions including TAR Estimator, multiple EPOCH Cost Management System Implementations, and multiple implementations of EcoSys EPC and Primavera Unifier. By applying his breadth of experience, Mr. Henriquez has helped organizations minimize delays, maximize field productivity and improve the overall value of Project Portfolios.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2018, Mr. Henriquez was a Project Controls Manager & PM Systems Manager with Williams Energy in their Atlantic Gulf Region. He was also the Operations Director of the Center of Excellence for the international project management consultancy Faithful+Gould where he established the EcoSys Partnership and spent years planning, managing, developing and implementing project management technology.
