Juliana Malhotra has over 20 years of experience in providing business strategy, revenue cycle management, supply chain and technology optimization.

Ms. Malhotra’s industry experience covers hospital providers including academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, post-acute care and long-term acute care facilities; medical device and medical equipment manufacturers and software technology companies.

Representation of Ms. Malhotra’s combined industry and consulting engagements include; M&A and Operational Assessment/Performance efforts covering, revenue cycle optimization through IT enablement, supply chain, radiology, ancillary and purchased services.

Although Ms. Malhotra has worked at several providers across the US, she brings deep experience in the Texas Market and has worked at some of the most prominent hospital providers in the Houston and Dallas area. In Ms. Malhotra’s most recent Executive level role at the largest hospital in Houston, Texas, she has worked across multidisciplinary teams to drive and execute strategic initiatives involving Radiology, Supply Chain and Special Projects targeting cost efficiencies and revenue optimization across a 6B+ enterprise.

Ms. Malhotra also played an integral role supporting capital planning activities on ~1B Trauma Tower Expansion, was also an essential part of the acquisition of an Orthopedic Hospital and have led and executed several bolt on technology projects to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.

Ms. Malhotra has also held an advisory board role for a healthcare SaaS company and was instrumental on advising the company’s executives on proposal development for financing/capital backing during TSX venture deal day. Ms. Malhotra holds an MBA/MHA from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Farleigh Dickenson University and is a member of HFMA and ACHE.
