Adam Zaks is an expert in e-discovery, information governance, complex litigation and investigations. Mr. Zaks brings more than 20 years of experience helping corporations and counsel address legal, regulatory and data challenges.

Mr. Zaks offers valuable expertise across the e-discovery lifecycle, including legal hold, preservation, collection, processing, analytics, review readiness and production. He empowers clients to significantly reduce litigation and investigation costs by increasing the speed, accuracy and consistency of discovery workflows through innovative approaches to complex data sets, emerging data sources and high-volume matters.

In addition to his e-discovery work, Mr. Zaks advises clients on information governance, data management and enterprise technology strategies, working across business units and key stakeholders. He supports clients with assessing current business practices, identifying potential risks and developing scalable solutions and workflows to minimize data, enable defensible disposition, enhance investigation response and improve information quality. He brings deep practical and technical experience with Microsoft 365 and related cloud productivity platforms.

Mr. Zaks also leads initiatives for FTI Technology on evolving technology and enterprise platforms to create scalable solutions across digital insights and risk management workflows. He helps clients align technology configuration and data governance requirements in preparation for disputes and investigations, risk reduction and effective technology investments.
