Brandon Timbrook

Brandon Timbrook is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) practice. Mr. Timbrook’s areas of expertise include litigation support, commercial due diligence, asset valuation and financial analysis, as well as big data and geospatial analytics.

While at FTI Consulting, Mr. Timbrook has advised clients on a broad range of engagements, such as digital infrastructure asset-backed securitization upfront diligence, wireless spectrum auctions, transaction regulatory support and legal disputes involving pricing, contractual terms and the provisioning of legacy and emergency services.

Previously, Mr. Timbrook held corporate finance and strategy roles at enterprise software-as-a-service providers and in the financial disputes segment of a large, publicly traded consulting firm. He holds a B.B.A. and B.S. in Finance and Computer Science from the College of William & Mary.
