Carla Liedtke has over 20 years of corporate and criminal investigation experience. She specialises in forensic investigations and has led on a range of complex, multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary matters involving forensic accounting, digital forensics, data analytics and business intelligence.
Carla is an experienced consultant who works with clients from a wide range of sectors to advise on a range of investigative, compliance, crisis management and cyber security response matters. She utilises her broad understanding of business risks and her skill of putting together teams with diverse experience to solve a range of problems on behalf of clients.
Carla works with clients to assess fraud and corruption risks, to develop robust compliance programs and to develop and conduct compliance training. She also has extensive experience in assisting clients to gather business intelligence on business partners, counter-parties and prospective employees.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Carla led the Forensics and Technology practice for Australia Pacific for Control Risks. She worked for Control Risks for 15 years in London, Hong Kong and Sydney. Carla began her career working as an intelligence analyst for the NSW Crime Commission working on a range of serious organised crime investigations.
