Carla Liedtke

Carla Liedtke is a Managing Director in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment with more than 20 years of corporate and criminal investigation experience. She specialises in complex, multi-jurisdictional pre-transactional reputational due diligence and business intelligence matters.

Carla is an experienced consultant who works with clients from a wide range of sectors to advise on a variety of risk, compliance, crisis management and cybersecurity response matters. She utilises her broad understanding of business risks and her skill of putting together teams with diverse experience to solve a range of problems on behalf of clients.

Throughout Carla’s career, she consistently works with clients to assess fraud and corruption risks, build robust compliance programs and develop and conduct compliance training. Additionally, she has extensive experience assisting clients as they gather business intelligence on business partners , counter-parties and prospective employees.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Carla led the Forensics and Technology practice for Australia Pacific for Control Risks. She worked for Control Risks for 15 years in London, Hong Kong and Sydney. Carla began her career working as an intelligence analyst for the NSW Crime Commission working on a range of serious organised crime investigations.
