About Chrissy
Chrissy Randall is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment, where she advises organizations on workforce strategy, labor relations, crisis communications and employee engagement. Ms. Randall brings more than 20 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies and senior executives navigate high-stakes reputational, regulatory and stakeholder challenges.
Ms. Randall specializes in the intersection of labor and communications, guiding clients through union-organizing campaigns, contract negotiations, work stoppages and workforce activism, as well as the reputational risks that accompany them. She develops integrated communications strategies that help organizations manage operational change, workforce disruption and heightened public and regulatory scrutiny.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Randall was a director at Brunswick Group, where she built and led the firm’s U.S. labor practice and advised executive leadership teams on business-critical communications challenges. Her public affairs work spanned policy, regulatory and legislative campaigns, including those tied to complex M&A transactions and corporate transformations. Her early career included extensive political campaign experience, including work on John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign and for two election cycles at the National Republican Congressional Committee.
