Christian Müller

Christian Müller supports mid-sized companies and large corporates in developing and implementing sustainable strategies to stabilize operations, improve financial performance and create long-term value.

Mr. Müller has led various multinational projects involving complex stakeholder environments and negotiations with lenders, shareholders, investors, management teams and other stakeholders. He also advises companies on the development and implementation of sustainable capital structures, supporting complex financing and refinancing processes to strengthen financial stability, secure liquidity and create a foundation for long-term growth.

Prior to joining FTI-Andersch, Mr. Müller worked in the corporate banking division of a leading German bank, where he gained extensive experience in banking and complex financing structures.

 Relevant Experience:

• Led the preparation of a restructuring opinion for a large steel manufacturer with more than €10 billion in revenue
• Led the restructuring and stakeholder negotiations of various German automotive suppliers
• Led the restructuring and strategic repositioning of a leading sporting goods retailer
• Led the cash management of a large German payment provider during its insolvency proceedings
• Supported various special investigations in the financial services industry
