Edward Moser

Edward Moser has more than 10 years of experience providing financial advisory services to companies, senior lenders, unsecured creditors and equity holders.

Mr. Moser’s experience includes liquidity forecasting and assessments, business plan due diligence, development of liquidation, waterfall and recovery analyses, stakeholder negotiations, plan of reorganization and liquidating trust development. He also is proficient in M&A and transaction advisory, including purchase and sale negotiations and seller due diligence support, as well as board and shareholder representation, executive compensation development and bonus plans and ad-hoc strategic and operational assessments.

Mr. Moser has experience in a variety of industries including financial services, energy and offshore, infrastructure, automotive, mortgage services, municipalities, mining and metals, construction and engineering, video games, healthcare and retail. Mr. Moser’s real estate advisory is focused on hospitality and leisure related assets including full service, select service, convention center, resort, timeshare and fractional, golf courses, casinos, gaming and mixed use.

Mr. Moser is an alumnus of Villanova University’s School of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance.

He has also worked on various distressed and non-distressed single-asset hotel, resort and gaming engagements located in the United States and internationally.
