Fulvio Taglialatela

Fulvio Taglialatela is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Milan. Mr. Taglialatela has more than 20 years of experience advising corporates, financial institutions and investors in complex restructuring, turnaround and special situations engagements.

Mr. Taglialatela specializes in financial restructuring, debt advisory and business transformation, supporting clients through business plan assessments, independent business reviews, liquidity management, refinancing processes, capital structure optimization and distressed M&A transactions. He has advised lenders, shareholders and management teams across the real estate, energy, hospitality, consumer products, automotive and industrial sectors, helping clients assess business viability, preserve value and implement restructuring solutions in complex stakeholder environments.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Taglialatela was part of the Financial Restructuring Advisory practice at Alvarez & Marsal in Milan. He is fluent in Italian and English.
