Graeme Conway

Graeme Conway is a dual-qualified chartered quantity surveyor with a degree in law and more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Graeme gained considerable project experience working in senior positions for both consultants and main contractors on numerous major construction and civil engineering projects. During this time, he managed a range of teams and commercial functions — from procurement through to completion and final account stages.

Since joining FTI Consulting in 2018, Graeme has worked exclusively in the dispute resolution field, specialising in providing expert quantum, dispute resolution and commercial services to clients. He acts for employers, contractors and subcontractors to produce and defend claims across forums, including adjudication, mediation, court and arbitration.

Graeme has been appointed as an independent expert in construction quantum, engineering and infrastructure projects and involved extensively with the production of expert reports. He has a wide-ranging knowledge of technical, commercial and contractual matters, including a detailed knowledge of the standard forms of contract.

Graeme’s broad experience covers both international and domestic markets and a variety of sectors.
