Jess has extensive experience with trading and transacting distressed going-concern businesses, with an effective and agile leadership style delivering value to clients. She brings expertise in preparing businesses for sale, identifying governance and operational improvements, leading on-site business integration processes, undertaking formal insolvencies and implementing workforce and executive leadership improvements.

• Independently managed divestment assets for a global merger in compliance with the ACCC competition requirements; involved significant trading and stakeholder management
• Managed the receivership of the largest refrigerated transport and storage provider in Australia
• Completed an organisational structure redesign and implemented performance improvement initiatives for a large healthcare network
• Diagnosed internal weaknesses for a large Australian lender and provided input for improvements to strengthen systems and processes
• Undertook an orderly wind-down of a solvent, internationally owned iron ore mine
