Jessica Roston is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment of FTI Consulting, based in Chicago. As a leader in the firm’s Corporate Reputation practice, she has more than a decade’s worth of experience developing and managing integrated corporate positioning and reputation management campaigns as well as sustainability & ESG programs for organizations across the public and private sectors. Through her work, Ms. Roston creates communication strategies that aim to protect license to operate and promote brand awareness in support of broader business objectives.
In addition to broader corporate communications and executive positioning work, increasingly, Ms. Roston is focused on helping companies authentically and credibly elevate their sustainability profiles through the development of research-based ESG and corporate social responsibility strategies. Her experience spans a broad range of service areas, including advising clients on ESG and sustainability reporting, developing ESG-aligned business narratives and messaging frameworks, establishing community engagement programs and corporate foundations, and advising on multi-stakeholder engagement strategies to enhance reputation.
Ms. Roston was named a 2021 PRNEWS Top Woman in PR winner for Industry Innovators. She recently served as member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago's Leadership Board and sits on the Chicago-based Misericordia Young Professionals Council, which serves individuals developmental disabilities. She earned a B.A. in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
