Jihun Lee

Jihun Lee is a Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment based in Seoul. Mr. Lee has more than 15 years of experience in business transformation and M&A execution, supporting multinational corporations and Korean conglomerates in the industrials, automotive, energy and semiconductor sectors, where he helps organisations unlock value through synergy realisation, operating-model redesign and operational excellence.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Lee was a Director at a leading strategy consultancy, specialising in commercial due diligence, synergy design and post-merger integration. He later held senior roles at other global firms, driving strategic-growth and operational-excellence programmes across diverse industries. Earlier in his career, he led global sales strategy and joint-venture development for a major Korean conglomerate, giving him a hands-on perspective on international expansion.

Mr. Lee has spearheaded complex transformation programmes across Korea, China, Southeast Asia and the United States. He has designed target operating models, governance frameworks and synergy roadmaps that unlock value during integrations, carve-outs and operational turnarounds. Working closely with C-suite leaders, he delivers strategic, actionable advice that drives measurable performance gains and sustainable growth.
