He has 25 years of experience assisting clients with disputes, litigation, transactions, strategy, corporate finance and their financial reporting and tax requirements.
John-Henry has valued businesses and investments located in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America, South America, the United Kingdom, and Europe. He regularly provides expert evidence for court, mediation and arbitration.
John-Henry’s expert witness experience includes tax disputes, intellectual property disputes, loss and damage quantification in commercial disputes, post-acquisition disputes and W&I claims, minority oppression disputes, regulatory disputes and class action litigation. His non-contentious experience includes valuations for tax, regulatory and accounting compliance, merger & acquisition and intellectual property price negotiation, acquisition price fairness assessments / IERs.
