Johnny Enright is an experienced programme manager with 20 years of experience delivering change programmes across the financial services, real estate and technology sectors. Johnny’s areas of expertise span across data and technology-driven transformation, programme management, enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) implementations, operating model design and change management.
Johnny leads the data analytics center in Dublin, hosting and delivering innovative data analytics and business intelligence solutions for clients. This capability has been developed in Dublin by utilising the skilled resources within the team, investing in our technology platform and creating market leading analytics solutions. The team’s service offerings to the market help clients to maximize the value from their data assets to drive out their growth and cost saving initiatives.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Johnny spent seven years in the insurance sector in Ireland and the UK, where he headed up a data and analytics function, delivering business intelligence and analytical solutions.
- Enterprise data management strategy: Designed and implemented an enterprise data management strategy that delivered a new centralised operational data store and a suite of performance analytics solutions to service the executive leadership and operational teams (claims, underwriting, pricing and sales) across an EMEA-based insurance organisation
- Finance transformation: Selection and implementation of an ERP platform for a U.S.-based S&P 500 real estate investment trust organisation; programme managed both the selection phase (business requirements, vendor shortlisting, request for proposal (“RFP”) process and commercials) and the implementation phase of the programme

- Predictive analytics: Delivered a multiyear data analytics programme for a UK insurer that developed and operationalised predictive models, decision support tools and dashboard solutions
- Data-driven growth strategy: Developed and implemented a data driven growth strategy that delivered targeted customers campaigns that delivered 12% revenue growth for the client
- Analytics platform: Developed and hosts an analytics and reporting solution for a British price comparison website-based business specializing in financial services
