Jordan Krasne

Jordan Krasne specializes in providing financial and strategic solutions to stressed and distressed companies and their creditors and investors through both in- and out-of-court processes. Mr. Krasne has more than 10 years of experience advising companies and creditors across many industries, including agriculture, business services, energy, food and beverage, financial services, gaming, grocery, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, retail and consumer products and technology.

Mr. Krasne’s experience includes preparing and reviewing business plans, cash flow forecasts, financial statement models, debt capacity analyses, waterfall recovery models, liquidation analyses and debtor-in-possession financing (“DIP”) arrangements. Additionally, he regularly works on investigations of causes of action, retention and incentive plans, restructuring plans, stakeholder negotiations, plans of reorganization and evaluations of strategic alternatives.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Krasne was an Associate at BNP Paribas in the Structured Products group, where he provided innovative financing solutions for hedge fund and mutual fund clients.

Mr. Krasne received his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is a CFA® Charterholder and previously held FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Additionally, Mr. Krasne is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”), the CFA Society of New York and the Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”), as well as the UJA Federation of New York’s NextGen Restructuring Committee.
