Julian Gorniok

Julian Gorniok specializes in driving value creation in organizations through transformation, M&A integration, and performance improvement. Julian has more than 25 years’ experience of improving business performance and customer experience, often involving digital disruption and in challenging situations.

Julian joined FTI Consulting from Anuvu, originally a PE backed, NASDAQ listed SPAC, and a leading provider of content and connectivity services to the airline and maritime industries, where he was Managing Director of the UK business and VP M&A Integration. Over seven years, Julian led global programs on M&A Integration, service delivery performance improvement, and business transformation, that delivered customer retention, account growth, new customer wins and operating cost reduction.

Before that, Julian spent six years leading M&A pre and post deal integration and carve out engagements at PwC and EY, eight years in strategic roles in Commercial Radio, New Media and Pay TV, and ten years at PwC in supply chain consulting and corporate finance, primarily in the FMCG and Media sectors.

Julian holds a B.Eng. degree in Manufacturing Systems and Management from the University of Bath. He completed the Artificial Intelligence Program at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
