Kelly Marsch

Kelly Marsch has more than seven years of experience at FTI Consulting, leading teams representing buyers, sellers or lenders and offering support in evaluating opportunities across the risk/return spectrum. Ms. Marsch’s buy-side clients include both large and middle-market private equity funds, as well as lenders and strategic investors. Her sell-side clients have included businesses in the software, technology and construction industries, pipe and tubing suppliers and global independent commodities brokers.

Ms. Marsch’s buy-side experience includes analyzing quality of earnings, net working capital, debt and debt-like items and the risks associated with proposed transactions. Her sell-side and refinancing experience covers the evaluation of businesses or entities for sale, including quality of earnings, balance sheet and working capital requirements, as well as identification of any applicable business separation and transition issues.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Marsch worked for three years in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, she performed financial statement audits and quarterly review procedures for both public and private clients within the manufacturing, renewable energy and healthcare industries.

• Led carve-out sell-side financial diligence for technology companies with annual revenues in excess of $1.7 billion and $200 million
• Performed sell-side financial diligence for an international independent commodities broker with annual revenues in excess of $400 million
• Completed carve-out buy-side financial diligence for a medical products manufacturer
• Led buy-side financial diligence spanning more than 10 deals for various fitness studio franchises covering both premium group fitness chains and high-value low-price (“HVLP”) gyms
