Kenneth Hoffman

Kenneth Hoffman is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting. Mr. Hoffman advises clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries on business transformation and strategy, with expertise in advising C-suite leaders on their sourcing strategies, developing managed services models, and negotiating and structuring complex outsourcing agreements. His work spans hospital systems, academic medical centers, pediatrics and payers.

Mr. Hoffman has extensive experience helping public, nonprofit and private sector organizations optimize their business support functions such as information technology, revenue cycle management, finance and accounting, human resources and contact centers. He supports clients in executing sourcing strategies, supporting mergers and integrations, establishing shared service organizations, managing business cases and benchmarking. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hoffman held financial and operational leadership roles at EDS, AT&T and Sapient. At EDS, he served as the Financial Officer for the company’s Northeastern U.S. Business Unit and for its Global Financial Markets Group. He later served as a Financial Vice President at AT&T and as Chief Operating Officer of Sapient Corporation’s Financial Services Group.

Mr. Hoffman holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio (“UTSA”) and served on the UTSA Carlos Alvarez College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council for the 2022–2025 term.
