About Matthew
Matthew Swan has nearly 15 years of transformation experience, specialising in procurement and digital and operational performance improvement as both a consultant and in-house. Matthew has advised on and led multiple large-scale change programmes, working with leadership teams to design and execute transformation strategies that deliver measurable results.
Matthew brings valuable expertise to the firm on what it takes to truly transform, designing operating models and practices to drive organisational effectiveness and leveraging technology effectively to enable this.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Matthew was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company. He previously worked at Getronics, JMAN Group and Ve Global.
Relevant Experience:
- Led the group functions transformation of a global leader in financial services, including the redesign of the operating model, third-party spend optimisation and organisation effectiveness
- Led the technology transformation of a retail bank undertaking significant cost reduction and transitioning to an agile operating model
- Chief transformation officer coach for the holistic transformation for a global airline, covering cost optimisation, commercial excellence and organisation effectiveness
