Megan Brunet

Megan Brunet advises clients across diverse industries as they navigate complex change and organizational transformation — including new ventures, business realignments and strategic repositioning. With 25 years of experience, Ms. Brunet brings deep expertise in strategic communications, culture change, employee engagement and corporate reputation. She has led high-stakes initiatives involving artificial intelligence deployments, large-scale technology transformations and labor negotiations to help organizations align people, strategy and purpose during times of disruption and opportunity.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Ms. Brunet was a Senior Vice President in Edelman’s Business Transformation practice. Her client portfolio included category leaders such as CVS Health, Barilla, Mars Wrigley, Under Armour and United Health Group. She has also held various leadership roles in public relations and marketing at Fortune 100 companies.

Ms. Brunet specializes in leveraging strategic communications and change management platforms to drive multistakeholder engagement, ultimately improving both employee engagement and competitive position in the marketplace through reputation. She also develops intentional, long-lasting culture change initiatives, which inform and engage employees at all levels within an organization and advance business strategy.

Ms. Brunet holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, a long-standing member and former Board Member of the Public Relations Society of America and a member of the Arthur Page Future Leaders Program.
