Morgan McCaskey

Morgan McCaskey is a member of FTI Consulting’s Senior Lender Advisory practice. Ms. McCaskey has experience providing solutions to companies and creditors in distressed situations through both in and out-of-court restructuring processes. She has served as an advisor in many aspects of strategic, financial and operational restructuring on behalf of companies, senior lenders and unsecured creditors.

Ms. McCaskey’s experience includes preparing and reviewing 13-week cash flow forecasts, long-term liquidity forecasts, business plans, borrowing bases, liquidation analyses, debtor-in-possession (“DIP”) financing budgets and supporting credit agreements, restructuring plans of reorganization, and evaluations of both out-of-court and Chapter 11 strategic alternatives. She has advised clients across a diverse range of industries, including retail, food and beverages, healthcare, higher education, real estate, gaming and energy.

Ms. McCaskey graduated summa cum laude from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where she received a B.S. with a double major in Finance and Marketing.

Ms. McCaskey specializes in representing senior secured lenders, with representative engagements including advising lenders of Acosta; Alpha Guardian; Bed Bath and Beyond; Belk; CTI Foods; Endo International; FTD; Genesis Healthcare; Getronics; Joerns Healthcare; PLH; Team Inc.; Virgin Orbit; and Vital Pharmaceuticals (d/b/a Bang Energy). A representative list of other engagements that Ms. McCaskey has served includes providing advisory to the management team of GNC Holdings and Isagenix; and to the official unsecured creditors of Caesars Entertainment; Gibson Brands; Sears; Toys R Us; and Optima Specialty Steel.
