About Morgan
Morgan McCaskey is a Managing Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring practice and a member of FTI’s Senior Lender Advisory practice. Ms. McCaskey has experience providing solutions to companies and creditors in distressed situations through both in- and out-of-court restructuring processes. She has served as an advisor in many aspects of strategic, financial and operational restructuring on behalf of companies, senior lenders and unsecured creditors.
Ms. McCaskey has advised clients across a diverse range of industries, including retail, food and beverages, healthcare, higher education, real estate, gaming and energy.
Ms. McCaskey’s experience includes preparing and reviewing 13-week cash flow forecasts, long-term liquidity forecasts, business plans, borrowing bases, liquidation analyses, debtor-in-possession financing budgets and supporting credit agreements, restructuring plans of reorganization and evaluations of both out-of-court and Chapter 11 strategic alternatives. Ms. McCaskey specializes in representing senior secured lenders.
Ms. McCaskey graduated summa cum laude from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where she received her B.Sc. with a double major in Finance and Marketing.
Relevant Experience:
- Advised the asset-based loan (“ABL”) Lenders of Belk retailer through a successful out-of-court restructuring transaction
- Advised ABL Lenders of Bed Bath and Beyond to support contingency planning and ultimately monitor the Chapter 11 winddown, through which ABL Lenders received par plus accrued repayment
- Advised Revolver and Term Loan Lenders of VPX (Bang Energy) through a Chapter 11 filing resulting in a successful 363 Sale to Monster Energy
- Advised General Nutrition Inc. (“GNC”) in contingency planning, cash flow forecasting and ultimately a Chapter 11 filing to complete a 363 Sale to Harbin Pharmaceuticals
- Advised the Ad Hoc Group of Term Loan Lenders of Endo International through a Chapter 11 filing resulting in a Plan of Reorganization that transferred 95% of the reorganized equity to the former Lenders
- Advised Term Loan Lenders to a $225 million pharmaceutical manufacturer through an out-of-court sale resulting in full repayment of existing Lenders
