About Nadim
Nadim Chammas is a strategy consultant with nearly a decade of experience advising leading telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) organizations and public sector entities across North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Southern Europe.
Nadim has extensive experience in technology and Industry 4.0, supporting large-scale digital and national transformation initiatives. He has led several operations, sales and marketing strategy engagements — developing advanced analytics use cases, building business intelligence capabilities and designing AI-driven tools to support customer retention and enhance commercial performance.
Nadim holds an M.B.A. from Yale University and a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the American University of Beirut (“AUB”). He previously gained experience at Amazon and Ernst & Young. Nadim is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Relevant Experience:
- Advised a public sector entity on a national Industry 4.0 strategy, including priority use cases, ecosystem partnerships and investment roadmap
- Designed and executed a commercial strategy for a telecom operator, driving customer acquisition, pricing optimization and go-to-market initiatives
- Developed advanced AI-based churn prediction models to maximize retention for a major U.S. telecom company
- Led a business transformation program for a major U.S. telecom company, redesigning operating model and governance to improve commercial performance
- Advised a major U.S. sports league on ticketing strategy to optimize revenue and fan engagement while supporting international expansion initiatives
