About Nadine
Nadine Tribur is a Senior Director in the Construction, Projects & Assets practice and is based in Houston. Ms. Tribur brings more than 15 years of experience leading complex capital project execution initiatives, with a focus on improving performance through process optimization, data-driven decision-making and effective integration of people, systems and technology. Her work spans the full project lifecycle, including project controls, contract management, engineering execution and organizational change, across sectors such as power generation, offshore energy services and large-scale infrastructure.
Ms. Tribur leads high-impact initiatives to improve cost management, streamline contract execution and modernize project delivery frameworks. She has designed and implemented enterprise technology solutions, developed capability maturity roadmaps and led major platform transitions to enable greater efficiency, compliance and financial control. Her collaborative, data-driven approach has supported successful organizational change through hands-on stakeholder engagement, cross-functional training and clear communication strategies.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Ms. Tibur spent 16 years at a U.S.-based engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) firm, where she served as a Discipline Director and oversaw a team of 500 engineers and designers across 15 offices. In this role, her leadership in resource management, global collaboration and engineering process standardization delivered measurable cost savings and quality improvements across projects.
Ms. Tribur holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University. She contributes to the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (“NCEES”) for control systems and serves as an advisory member to the Executive M.B.A. Board for Texas A&M, the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Houston-Downtown and the Empowering Pumps & Industry Conference.
Relevant Experience:
- Performed a process improvement assessment, conducted a capability maturity assessment and implemented cost and change management software for an EPC firm; implementation provided financial transparency, improved workflow visibility and enhanced project controls; trained more than 200 project controls professionals and project managers and ensured support for in-situ projects through data migration
- Assessed, standardized and optimized contract management processes to mitigate project risks and improve compliance for an offshore energy services company; developed standardized contract and tendering management procedures, variance management protocols and an auditing process and established a dispute register and project closeout framework to drive consistency and efficiency
- Provided technology recommendations and implemented engineering technology solutions, including a business case for a major engineering platform change, for an EPC company; developed strategies for engineering application management, streamlining construction sell-off activities and establishing software and data governance
- Achieved organizational savings of more than $200,000 per large-cap project as Discipline Director through process improvement, resource management and technology enablement; developed guidelines and procedures to align engineering design with government regulations and codes, improving deliverable quality and consistency
