Natalya Dorokhin

Natalya Dorokhin has more than 10 years of experience in financial accounting, deal advisory and due diligence, covering industries including agriculture, business services, energy retail, healthcare, manufacturing and technology.

Ms. Dorokhin has led numerous buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, supporting clients in executing M&A transactions ranging from $50 million to more than $1 billion in deal value. She works alongside management and investors to identify and evaluate value drivers through a variety of analytical methods, including quality of earnings, quality of revenue, working capital normalization, cash flow modeling, forecast and business plan review.

Prior to joining the Transactions practice at FTI Consulting, Ms. Dorokhin was on the investment team at Partners Capital Investment Group, an outsourced investment office. Preceding this role, she worked in FTI Consulting’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services group within the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment. Ms. Dorokhin also spent two years in public audit at PwC.
