Nicole Wodtke has nearly 15 years of experience in consulting and corporate finance. Ms. Wodtke’s advisory expertise is focused on business transformation and transactions within the Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) practice.

Ms. Wodtke has a proven track record of driving value for clients by offering actionable insights, robust financial analyses and strategic guidance. Her areas of focus include profitability analysis, M&A and carve-out advisory, and business plan and operational diligence.

Ms. Wodtke partners with corporate and private equity clients, stakeholders and teams to facilitate value creation through corporate transformations, including divestitures, operational efficiency optimization and growth acceleration.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Ms. Wodtke spent several years in corporate finance at DISH Network, focused on subscriber economics, financial planning and analysis and SEC reporting.

Relevant Experience:

• Led a profitability analysis for a $1 billion enterprise networking provider; led to defining its go-forward strategy and refining its existing sales compensation and customer segmentation strategy
• Led a profitability analysis for a large residential broadband provider; identified sources of early tenure churn and defined the go-forward strategy post-bankruptcy
• Led an operational diligence to determine the feasibility of a potential carve-out; prepared a detailed analysis of strategic options, including a customer and profitability analysis to define potential carve-out perimeters and set the business strategy
• Led the finance workstream of a $3 billion Latin American divestiture of enterprise assets through carve-out planning and post-close execution of transition service agreements (“TSAs”)
• Developed TSAs for an $8 billion transaction of a large consumer telecom carve-out
• Reviewed and performed an operational diligence of a regional enterprise fiber provider
