About Paula

Paula Armstrong is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Cape Town, South Africa. Paula’s work focuses on South Africa’s policy and regulatory framework, with expertise in the economic implications of South African policy.

Paula has more than 10 years of consulting experience and has advised clients across various sectors on issues pertaining to regulatory and policy risks. She works closely with stakeholders in preparation for engagement with various government and regulatory authorities, both in South Africa and in other jurisdictions.

Paula holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.
