About Rike
Rike Rabl serves as FTI Consulting’s Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”) and is based in Washington, D.C. In her role, Rike is responsible for overseeing HR operations globally and driving HR strategy and transformation efforts to modernize and improve HR service delivery in support of business growth.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Rike served as Head of Fannie Mae’s Transformation Office. In this role, she partnered closely with the Management Committee and Business Leadership teams to develop the organization’s transformation strategy and led the execution of initiatives to drive lasting improvements in the effectiveness of business operations.
Preceding Fannie Mae, Rike spent almost 10 years in client service at The Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”), focused on strategy, organization and transformation initiatives. While at BCG, she worked closely with client leadership teams from conception of strategy and transformation agendas to delivery of lasting change.
Rike began her career at Deutsche Bank, where she served as an Analyst in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) in Europe.
Rike earned her M.A. in psychology with a focus on organizational psychology from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany and received her M.B.A. from London Business School in the UK.
