Robin Czajka

Robin Czajka is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting. Ms. Czajka advises organizations in the healthcare and life sciences industry on business transformation and strategy, with expertise spanning performance improvement, change management and cost optimization. She focuses on helping healthcare providers strengthen clinical operations, workforce effectiveness, patient outcomes and financial performance.

Ms. Czajka has led transformation initiatives across hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, physician organizations and behavioral health providers. Her work includes nursing operations, behavioral health services, service line optimization, organizational redesign, productivity improvement and patient throughput. She has deep experience supporting organizations operating within unionized environments, collective bargaining frameworks and state-specific staffing regulations, identifying sustainable ways to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality, safety and workforce engagement.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Czajka held executive leadership and consulting roles with HealthTrust, Premier, Kaufman Hall, Quorum Health Resources, University HealthSystem Consortium and Mount Sinai Hospital. She built and led clinical operations consulting services, advised academic medical centers on performance improvement and supply chain optimization, and directed cardiovascular and behavioral health service lines. A board-certified psychiatric and addictions nurse, she brings a strong clinical foundation to her operational and consulting work. Ms. Czajka holds a B.S. in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and is a Registered Nurse, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Certified Materials and Resource Professional and Certified Research Associate.
