Ross Faldetta

Ross Faldetta specializes in providing financial advisory and interim management services to clients primarily in the aviation, aerospace and software industries. With 15 years of experience, Ross provides companies and their stakeholders with turnaround, restructuring, value creation, due diligence and strategic advice to maximize enterprise value.

Ross’s experience includes business plan development and review, detailed cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, cost and revenue optimization, strategic analysis, financial modeling, financial planning and analysis, treasury and mergers and acquisitions due diligence and transaction support. Ross has supported companies, lenders, private equity investors and creditors’ committees in both turnaround and healthy situations.

Ross began his career in investment banking sales and trading, where he focused on managing risks and structuring credit derivatives transactions. In 2014, Ross joined the financial planning and analysis department of United Airlines and held several finance and commercial leadership positions before joining FTI Consulting in 2020.
