Roy Andrew

Roy Andrew is a Senior Managing Director in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment and is based in Stirling. A member of the EMEA Construction, Projects & Assets practice, Mr. Andrew is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who specializes in the fields of quantum and delay in relation to construction and engineering disputes.

Mr. Andrew has over 25 years of commercial management and claims consultancy experience across many industries. He is regularly instructed to provide expert quantum opinion in the forums of adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

Mr. Andrew’s appointments include experience on major high-profile disputes both domestically and internationally. Recent experience includes energy from waste, power, major infrastructure, oil and gas, roads and utilities.

Mr. Andrew has a wide understanding of technical, commercial and contractual matters which means that he can focus his expertise on a wider practical understanding of the issues. He is adept at investigating and identifying the critical issues upon which disputes turn.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Andrew worked in senior positions with several major national contractors. During this period, he gained extensive contractual and commercial management experience across a range of construction and engineering projects. In these positions he had responsibility for managing teams and had an active involvement in all aspects of commercial management from project inception to completion.
