Sébastien Flageollet is a highly experienced professional with strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, grounded in his early career in military aviation. Sébastien leads transformation processes with his extensive commercial strategy, performance improvement and end-to-end M&A expertise across various industries.

Recognized for his ability to build teams and unlock untapped potential, Sébastien is a seasoned leader who is comfortable with uncertainty and has an aptitude for uniting people’s strengths behind an exciting vision. He is a powerful systemic thinker, connecting deal and operational dynamics with longer-term strategic goals and implications.

Before joining FTI Consulting, Sébastien worked for Monitor Deloitte in the Netherlands and Belgium. Prior to that, he served as a Flight Commander, among other roles, in the French Air Force beginning in 1997, where he spent thousands of hours flying jets and leading teams in uncertain, dynamic and complex environments.

• Cora France, Unilabs, MHI: led performance improvement engagements focused on internal analysis (financial, operational, commercial), benchmark analysis and interviews to identify and quantify tangible and realistic performance improvement opportunities translated into concrete initiatives
• Philips, Brocacef, Honda Medical, DHL Express, BC Partners: led more than 10 (in)organic top-line growth strategies from market attractivity (i.e., growth potential, customer segments, competitive field, regulatory landscape, etc.) to entry feasibility, including as part of customer due diligence, and defined detailed implementation roadmaps to drive successful and timely executions leading to measurable impact
