Shubho Ghosh is a seasoned leader with rich experience in digital transformation, driving large scale change and rapid revenue growth. Mr. Ghosh is Co-Leader of both the Digital Transformation and Revenue Transformation practices.
Mr. Ghosh has a powerful combination of operating experience in a Fortune 50 company, consulting experience across B2B, B2B2C and B2C industries and investment banking experience, having worked across the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He develops trust-based relationships and creates stakeholder alignment to successfully drive project execution in matrixed organization structure.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Ghosh was senior vice president and chief strategy and transformation officer at Verizon Business, a $31 billion revenue business. Previously, he was global leader of revenue transformation at BCG.
Mr. Ghosh’s relevant corporate experience includes leading Verizon’s go-to-market for mobile edge compute, private networks and business fixed wireless access products, and advising industrial and CPG companies in implementing solutions using edge compute as part of their digital transformation journey; leading Verizon Business’s transformation program with a $1 billion target yearly P&L impact; and leading M&A, corporate development and strategy for five business units at Verizon Business totaling $31 billion in revenue: enterprise, small business, public sector, mid-market and wholesale.
A thought leader in his area, Mr. Ghosh has published articles on achieving revenue growth during transformations and rapid topline growth with revenue assurance, among other topics. He is fluent in Bengali, English, German and Hindi.
