Steffi Kim

Steffi Kim is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment, specializing in corporate and financial communications. Steffi advises German and international companies on building their profile and protecting their reputation, particularly in special situations such as M&A transactions, IPOs, restructurings and shareholder activism.

Steffi supports clients in navigating complex business environments, shaping the narrative and ensuring clear communication with all key stakeholders. She brings extensive experience across a wide range of M&A situations, having advised and led communications on transactions with a combined value of more than 100 billion USD.

Steffi also has deep expertise in financial communications and investor relations for listed companies. Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2012, she worked at a global communications consultancy.
